Licensing, Pricing & Procurement
CloudScope Power BI visuals are self-serve products with fixed, published pricing. This article covers the questions we get most often from IT and procurement teams.
Can you send a formal commercial proposal or fill out our vendor form?
Our licenses are priced in fixed, published annual tiers, not negotiated per customer. Because pricing doesn't vary by account, there's no separate proposal to generate — the tables listed on each Visual page are the complete commercial terms.
Licenses are purchased directly by card at checkout, and a receipt is issued immediately. We're happy to provide a simple invoice copy afterward for your records if your process requires one on file.
Can you invoice us instead of paying by card?
We invoice for transactions of $500 and above. Purchases below that amount are card-only at checkout — this keeps our smaller self-serve licenses affordable and quick to fulfill without added billing overhead on either side.
I found these licenses on the Microsoft Marketplace — can you quote that pricing?
Microsoft is the seller of record for anything purchased through the Microsoft Marketplace or AppSource listing. Pricing and purchasing there is handled entirely by Microsoft, so we don't set or have visibility into those transactions.
If you'd like pricing on our directly-sold licenses instead (the tiers above), we're glad to help with that.
